After introduction of the basics in arithmetic, more advanced and challenging concepts are covered. Topics such as number forms, integers, algebra and functions are taught in Secondary 1 and more algebra, functions, quadratic equations and linear inequalities will be covered in the Secondary 2 syllabus.
